Communications Discovery, Strategy & Planning Package

Standard Pricing: $3,475
*After initial call you will receive a proposal, if we feel we need more time we can include that in the proposal. 

  • Discovery meetings. Meetings with:
    • Pastors, Staff, Lay Leaders, and the Communications Team. 
    • Meeting with any key ministry partners.
  • Create a narrative to use as a lens to communicate through, create a persona to communicate to. 
  • Prioritize communications strategy based on results from the meetings and understanding of the vision.
  • Create a tiered communications structure to give key initiatives a megaphone while giving more specific initiatives a whisper.
  • Strategy presentation to Leadership Team.
  • Revise plan based on feedback.
  • Training sessions for staff/volunteers on plan execution.
  • Resource recommendations for implementation.
  • Admission for the Communications Team into the Communications Collective for one-year.
  • Pricing for ongoing coaching given if extended time is needed. 

Note: All sessions are online. In-person is also available, but will require extra costs to cover travel expenses. 

Ongoing Consulting & Coaching Packages
$150-$750 Per Month

One-time: $150/month meeting 1 time per month

Ongoing: $275/month meeting 2 times

Ongoing: $525/month meeting 4 times

Ongoing: $750/month meeting 6 times

Meetings are 60 minutes. Meetings can include anything from implementing strategy to creating a content plan for the year. This can also include coaching sessions over specific topics.

This becomes a complete annual communications plan with a clear, compelling narrative that guides all messaging decisions. We present this strategy to your Leadership Team, then refine it based on feedback to ensure full ownership and buy-in.

 

Implementation is just as important as planning, so we provide hands-on training to execute the plan effectively. We also deliver specific resource recommendations tailored to your budget and capacity.

 

Finally, we maintain the relationship through a follow-up consultation call to address questions and fine-tune the approach as you begin implementation.
